Growing up in Oklahoma, Charitee Evans and Joel King had big aspirations. They weren’t exactly sure what they wanted to do in life, but they knew three things. It was going to be big, it would take place in their home state of Oklahoma and they were going to do it their way.
Along with obtaining culinarily and restaurant management degrees, each has held positions that have enabled them to hone their craft. That includes a Food & Beverage Director and Director of Member Relations and Events for one of the premier country clubs in the state.
By 2008, the duo began their journey when they founded Exclusive Decadence Catering.
With more than 35 combined years in the food & beverage, hospitality and service industry, their path to the world of superior dining and catering was set.
In 2013 Exclusive Decadence Catering began to serve the public with its unique style of southern Soul Food combined with Urban delicacies. The combination makes them one of the few, if not the only, catering service in Oklahoma City that can be called upon for a chic formal event or a family reunion. Also the owners and operators of Tha Soul Train Mobile Food Trailer and Exclusive Events & Designs.
The mission of Exclusive Decadence Catering is to “provide patrons with the best in comfort cuisine, service and the utmost in hospitality. We believe in creating memories with amazing food and a fun atmosphere that will never be forgotten.”
